Earlier, government ordered the temporary closure of Tacloban, Kalibo, Roxas and Caticlan airports to allow civil aviation and airport authorities to assess the damage incurred on the said facilities.
Caticlan airport will be closed until November 9, Saturday. Tacloban and Roxas airports until November 10, Sunday, and Kalibo airport until November 11, Monday. Bacolod Airport will re-open at 8am November 9.
PAL/PALex will monitor weather conditions and will issue updates on further changes to flight schedules, as needed.
Affected PAL /PALex passengers may rebook their flights within the next 30 days from the original flight date, with rebooking fees and fare difference waived.

As of now, passengers are advised of the following cancelled flights due to Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan):

Guests affected by these cancellations may rebook their flights for travel within 30 days, free of charge. They may also reroute to the nearest alternate airport, or opt for full refund or full travel fund.
Moreover, Cebu Pacific passengers with domestic and international flights from November 7 to 15, 2013 to or from the Visayas region, Bicol region, Palawan, Mindoro and select Mindanao destinations also have the same option to rebook or reroute their flights, or get full refund or travel fund, even if their flights have not been cancelled.
